    Measure Guide

    Blinds inside the recess

If you choose to fit inside the recess, choosing the recess option when ordering your blinds, the blind will be made to fit perfectly inside your window. Just follow the simple diagram.

    • Measure the width of the recess from wall to wall in three places as shown. Write down the shortest measurement - this is the one we'll use.

    • Measure the drop by taking the measurement from the top of the recess to the windowsill in three places as shown. Write down the shortest measurement.

All recess blinds are reduced by our factory to take into account the size of the headrail and components to ensure a perfect fit. Please do not make any adjustments to your measurements we do this for you.

If you choose to fit outside the recess, choosing the exact option when ordering your blind, the blind will be made to your exact measurements. Just follow the simple diagram.

    • Measure the width of where you'd like your blind to be.
    • Measure the length from the top of where you want your blind to be to the bottom. This is the drop measurement.
