Terms and Conditions for Custom Made Orders
1. Agreement to Terms By placing an order for custom-made products with Conservatory Blinds Direct (hereinafter referred to as “The Company”), you (hereinafter
referred to as "the Customer") agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all custom-made orders.
2. Order Confirmation 2.1. All custom orders are confirmed only after the Customer approves the design, specifications, and quote provided by the
Company. 2.2. The Company reserves the right to refuse any order at its discretion.
3. Payment Terms 3.1. A non-refundable payment in full of the total order value is required to begin production.
prior to delivery or installation. 3.2. Payment can be made via BACS, Credit Card, Debit Card, Cheque.
4. Changes to Orders 4.1. Any changes to the order after approval must be requested in writing and may be subject to additional charges. 4.2. The
Company cannot guarantee that requested changes can be accommodated once production has begun.
5. Production Time 5.1. Estimated production time will be provided at the time of order confirmation. 5.2. The Company will make reasonable efforts to
meet the estimated production time but is not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
6. Cancellations and Refunds 6.1. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. 6.2. Payments are non-refundable. In the
event of order cancellation prior to production, the Company may refund a portion of the Payment at its discretion.
7. Delivery and Shipping 7.1. The Company is responsible for all shipping and handling costs. 7.2. The Company will provide an estimated delivery
date but is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
8. Inspection and Acceptance 8.1. The Customer must inspect the custom product upon receipt and notify the Company of any defects or discrepancies
within 14 days. 8.2. Failure to notify the Company within the specified period constitutes acceptance of the product.
9. Warranty and Liability 9.1. The Company warrants that the custom product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1
year from the date recieved. 10.2. The Company's liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products. The Company is not liable for
any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Intellectual Property 10.1. Any designs, drawings, or specifications provided by the Customer remain the property of the Customer. 10.2. The
Company retains all intellectual property rights to designs, drawings, or specifications created by the Company, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11. Confidentiality 11.1. Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information disclosed during the course of the order.
12. Governing Law 12.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of United Kingdom
13. Dispute Resolution 13.1. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. 13.2.
If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to mediation or arbitration, as agreed upon by both parties.
14. Entire Agreement 14.1. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and the Company regarding custom
orders and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
By placing a custom order with the Company, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Receiving & Signing For Your Order
Your order will be shipped using a sign for courier service, we strongly recommend you sign for your item(s)as damaged if you are unable to check them at the time of delivery. As you may be unable to claim if items are found to be damaged at a later date
